Why was I charged after my trial?

Our free trial is a great opportunity for new students to try out Premium Membership! After you signed up for your free trial, we emailed you a confirmation indicating when your trial would end and when you would be charged for your Premium Membership. You can cancel your Premium Membership at any time in the Payments section of your Account Settings.

 

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us here, and we'll see what we can do to help. 

 

Please note that Skillshare does not have control or access to subscriptions, billing dates, cancellations, or refunds for accounts that were set up and are being billed through Google Play or iTunes, but you can definitely reach out to them directly for assistance!
