Skillshare offers refunds for annual membership payments if you contact us within 7 days after the charge has been processed.
We follow these refund policies:
- We only allow one refund per customer.
- We don't offer refunds for annual memberships after 7 days of the charge.
- We don't offer refunds for monthly memberships.
* If you paid through a SEPA direct debit, you can request a refund up to 8 weeks after your initial payment.
