Videos uploaded to your class draft are re-encoded so that they can be played on our platform. This re-encoding process can take some time, especially for larger files.
If you’re seeing a “Processing” message on your videos for longer than 30 minutes, try any of the following strategies to resolve it:
- Refresh your browser in the Class Creator tool to get the latest status of the videos.
- Open a new window or tab in your browser, and then head back to your class draft.
We recommend uploading one video at a time to prevent videos from getting stuck in processing.
