Payouts for selling Superpeer services, such as 1-on-1 Sessions and digital products, are set up differently than on Skillshare. Read on to learn how to connect your bank account to Superpeer’s payout provider, Wise, and how and when you can access your payout.

Connect Your Bank Account to Wise
You'll need to connect a bank account to Superpeer's payout provider, Wise, to receive payments selling services on Superpeer.
- Check to make sure your bank account is registered in a country Wise supports. Refer to What countries does Superpeer support? in the Superpeer Help Center for the full list.
- Log in to your Superpeer account and head to your Dashboard.
- Select Payment in the left hand navigation, and then click the Payout tab.
- Click Connect your bank account.
- Enter the details for your bank account — all fields are required!
- Click Save.

Revenue Share Details for Superpeer Services
1-on-1 Sessions
For each booked 1-on-1 Session, we apply the following fees:
- 10% platform fee to the full amount charged for any service, before any processing fees or other fees are deducted.
- Exception: For 1-on-1 Sessions occurring on or after April 1, 2024, we apply this fee only to the first $2,000 USD you earn each month. Any earnings from 1-on-1s exceeding $2,000 USD in a month will not incur a platform fee; we’ll credit this fee back to your account at the end of each month.
- 2.9% + $0.30 credit card processing fee charged on all payments by our payment provider Stripe.
Digital Products
For each digital product you sell, we apply the following fees:
- 10% platform fee to the full amount charged for any service, before any processing fees or other fees are deducted.
- 2.9% + $0.30 credit card processing fee charged on all payments by our payment provider Stripe.
For all Superpeer services, the rest is yours and is accumulated in your account until you decide to withdraw. When you withdraw your earnings, you will be charged by Wise an additional small withdrawal fee (usually ~$1 for USD accounts).
Payout Details for Superpeer Services
Superpeer holds all payouts for 14 days before allowing them to be withdrawn. This "grace period" allows for user disputes and investigations if needed; how we determine when the grace period begins depends on the type of service.
Once your payout has been released, it will be added to the balance in the Payout tab under the Payment section of your dashboard. You can then withdraw your balance at any time.
1-on-1 Sessions
Payouts for 1-on-1 Sessions are released 14 days after the session is marked as "complete" in Superpeer's system, which is 15 minutes after the call's scheduled end time.
For example, if you have a 60-minute call at 10:00 am on July 10th, your payout will be released to you at or around 11:15 am on July 24th.
Exception: For 1-on-1 Sessions occurring on or after April 1, 2024, keep in mind that we’ve implemented a cap where we waive the 10% platform fee for any 1-on-1 earnings above $2,000 USD each month. Here’s how this works:
- We initially collect the 10% platform fee for all of your earnings, including all 1-on-1 earnings, even if they exceed $2,000 USD, and you will still be able to withdraw your earnings from completed calls immediately after the 14 day grace period ends.
- At the end of the month, we will credit 10% of all transactions exceeding $2,000 USD in that month back to your account, which you can withdraw at any time thereafter.
Digital Products
Payouts for digital products are released 14 days after the sale is completed.
Cancellation and Refund Policies for Superpeer Services
1-on-1 Sessions
A participant can cancel or reschedule an upcoming session with you up to 4 hours before the session is scheduled to begin. They can do so from the confirmation email they received from Superpeer when registering, and follow the links at the bottom to cancel or reschedule.
Participants who want to dispute a 1-on-1 Session after it ends and request a refund must do so by emailing hello@superpeer.com with their request no later than 48 hours after the session was scheduled to begin. They must explain in sufficient detail why they are requesting a refund. If during the 14-day grace period your call is disputed, your payout may be held for longer until the issue is investigated and resolved. Digital Products
Digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or canceled. Superpeer's support team will only review refund requests in extraordinary circumstances, such as fraud or misrepresentation. To report such an extraordinary request, users may email hello@superpeer.com no later than 48 hours after purchase. They must explain in sufficient detail why they are requesting a refund.
