Announcing the Top Teacher Fall 2024 Publishing Challenge, kicking off on Monday, September 2, 2024 and running through Sunday, October 13, 2024. It’s a full-on challenge this time: 10 grand prizes are available to win for classes of any length (hint: short classes are eligible). Additionally, we’re offering a cash bonus incentive for teachers who publish and promote a paid digital product alongside their class! Details below.
Here’s how it works:
- All Top Teachers who publish a new class during the challenge will automatically qualify to win one of 10 x $500 grand prizes awarded at the end of the challenge. We’ll select the top classes — our Challenge Champs — that best meet our Class Quality Guidelines. Short classes (under 10 minutes) are eligible!
- As always, we recommend creating a class informed by our In-demand Topics – though you are welcome to teach on any relevant and permitted topic.
-
Additionally, we’re running a bonus promotion for Digital Products during this challenge! Each teacher who completes the following steps during the challenge will automatically receive a $50 bonus payment for completing the following:
- Create a Digital Product and list it for sale on Superpeer and Skillshare.
- Promote the Digital Product in conjunction with your class on and off Skillshare.
- Share your promotion strategy, with links to what actions you took, in the #marketing channel of the Top Teacher Slack.
If you have any questions, check out our Quarterly Zoom Call on August 28 where we explain this in depth and show an example, or reach out to your program manager in Slack!
