This refund policy applies to all accounts with a trial that began before April 3, 2025. If your trial started on or after April 3, 2025, refer to this article for our current refund policy.
Skillshare refund policy:
- We only allow one refund per customer, after the policies below.
- We provide a refund on memberships charged after a 7-day free trial if you contact us within 7 days of the charge.
- We do not offer refunds on membership charges after a 14-day (or longer) free trial.
- We do not offer refunds on membership renewal charges.
- 30 days before an annual membership renews, we'll send a renewal reminder email to the email address on file. If you don’t want to renew your subscription, you can cancel your membership.
- Cooling Off Period (For EU and UK Customers):If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you are eligible for a statutory "cooling off" period under consumer protection laws. If you sign up for a 14-day (or longer) free trial, your free trial is inclusive of your cooling off rights and your right to withdraw from the contract. If the cooling off period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may still cancel the subscription during the remaining days of your free trial to avoid being charged.
