When you sign up for and participate in a Chroma Course, you agree that we are collecting personal information in accordance with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In addition, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
Our Chroma Courses are designed to be a collaborative learning experience. Your name and other profile information may be viewable and searchable by other users. The content you post to the Services, including any tools or features through which our Chroma Courses are provided, will be displayed on the Services and may be viewable by other users. We are not responsible for the other users’ use of available information, so you should carefully consider whether and what to post or how you identify yourself on the Services.
We will be audio, video or text recording Chroma Courses, including conversations and discussion involving students, and such recordings may be made available for live or subsequent distribution to other students or for continuous improvement of our products and services. We may also provide ongoing access to students and teachers of audio or video recording. Students and teachers should not have an expectation of privacy while they are participating in courses that are audio or video streamed and/or recorded during the duration of the Chroma Course. Any recordings shall be used by students for individual, non-commercial use only. Any other use or dissemination is strictly prohibited.
Disclosure of information to third parties
We may share the information you provide to us in connection with your participation in Chroma Courses and its features, including any personal information, with our teachers, affiliates and third-party business partners, including in connection with the performance of the Chroma Courses, for analyzing the data collected during your participation in the Chroma Courses or any surveys, and in connection with further improving our services or products. The information you provide, including your personal information, may also be disclosed to our teachers, affiliates and third-party business partners in order to respond to your requests or inquiries; as part of a corporate transaction (such as a sale, divestiture, reorganization, merger or acquisition); for co-marketing or business development purposes, or where those parties handle information on our behalf.
Surveys
In connection with our surveys, we may collect personal information about you that you provide as part of completing a survey such as:

- Date of birth
- Any other information about you that is relevant to the survey
