Can I get a refund for my Premium Membership payment?

 

Skillshare offers refunds for annual Premium membership payments up to seven days after the charge has been processed. We do not offer refunds on monthly membership payments. Additionally, we only allow one refund per customer.

If you’d like to cancel your subscription to avoid future charges, visit the Payments page under your Account Settings. Once you cancel your subscription, you will have access to all of Skillshare’s Premium content until your paid period ends.

Note: Skillshare is not able to cancel, refund, or manage subscriptions purchased via the iOS or Google Play app stores. Please contact the app store directly with questions about billing, cancelations, or refunds for your iOS or Android subscription.
