Skillshare offers refunds for annual Premium membership payments if you contact us within 7 days after the charge has been processed.
We follow these refund policies:
- We don't offer refunds for annual memberships after 7 days of the charge.
- We don't offer refunds for monthly memberships.
- We only allow one refund per customer.
Note: If a refund is processed, it can take up to 14 business days to appear on the original form of payment.
