Refund policies


You can cancel a Skillshare membership at any time to avoid a future charge. To learn more about cancelling a membership, refer to our article How do I cancel my Skillshare membership?.

Skillshare refund policy:

    • We only allow one refund per customer, after the policies below.
    • We provide a refund on memberships charged after a 7-day free trial if you contact us within 7 days of the charge.
    • We do not offer refunds on membership charges after a 14-day (or longer) free trial.
    • We do not offer refunds on membership renewal charges.
      • 30 days before an annual membership renews, we'll send a renewal reminder email to the email address on file. If you don’t want to renew your subscription, you can cancel your membership.
    • Cooling Off Period (For EU and UK Customers): If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you are eligible for a statutory "cooling off" period under consumer protection laws. If you sign up for a 14-day (or longer) free trial, your free trial is inclusive of your cooling off rights and your right to withdraw from the contract. If the cooling off period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may still cancel the subscription during the remaining days of your free trial to avoid being charged.

Paid via SEPA direct debit

If you subscribed for a Skillshare membership through a SEPA direct debit payment, you can request a refund up to 8 weeks after your initial payment.

If you are on a Skillshare for Teams plan, please refer to Payments and Subscriptions FAQs for more information. The above policy does not apply to Team Memberships. Refunds for team memberships will be governed by the specific contractual arrangement.

Mobile subscriptions

Skillshare is not able to cancel, refund, or manage subscriptions purchased via the iOS or Google Play app stores. Contact the respective app store directly with questions about billing, cancelations, or refunds for your iOS or Android subscription.


Superpeer refund policy

1-on-1 Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming session, you can do so up to 4 hours before the session is scheduled to begin. Locate the confirmation email you received from Superpeer when registering, and follow the links at the bottom to cancel or reschedule.

If you would like to dispute a 1-on-1 Session after it ends and request a refund, you must email hello@superpeer.com with your request no later than 48 hours after the session was scheduled to begin. Please explain in sufficient detail why you are requesting a refund.

Subscriptions

All payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You may cancel your membership in accordance with these Terms at any time for any or no reason. To cancel your membership, please visit the subscription tab within your account profile. If you have canceled your membership, you will lose access to all paid Member Content at the end of your billing period.

Paid Streams

You can cancel a paid single stream up to four (4) hours before the scheduled stream time and receive a full refund. Any cancellations within four (4) hours of the scheduled stream time will not be refunded.

Paid Series 

You can request a full refund for a paid series within 14 days of enrollment, but only if all of the components of the series are live (as opposed to pre-recorded content that is accessible on-demand), and less than 25% of that live content has occurred at the time of your refund request.

If the paid series you enrolled in contains both live and pre-recorded components, you may seek a partial refund for the live components only, and only if less than 25% of those components have occurred (as long as you request that refund within 14 days of enrollment in the paid series).
