Refund policies


You can cancel a Skillshare membership at any time to avoid a future charge. To learn more about cancelling a membership, refer to our article How do I cancel my Skillshare membership?.

Skillshare Subscription Refund Policy

  • We provide a refund on memberships charged after a 7-day free trial if you contact us within 30 days of the charge.*
  • We do not offer refunds on membership charges after a 14-day (or longer) trial.
  • We do not offer refunds on membership renewals.
  • Cooling Off Period (For EU and UK Customers): If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you are eligible for a statutory "cooling off" period under consumer protection laws. If you sign up for a 14-day (or longer) free trial, your free trial is inclusive of your cooling off rights and your right to withdraw from the contract. If the cooling off period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may still cancel the subscription during the remaining days of your free trial to avoid being charged.

* Note: Our current refund policy applies to memberships started on or after April 3, 2025. If you signed up before this date, your membership is subject to our previous refund terms. Feel free to contact our support team if you have any questions—we're happy to help.

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to all members. If you’ve already received a refund on your account, additional refund requests typically won’t be approved to ensure fairness for all. That said, we’re always happy to help—if you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to our team.

Paid via SEPA direct debit

If you subscribed for a Skillshare membership through a SEPA direct debit payment, you can request a refund up to 8 weeks after your initial payment.

If you are on a Skillshare for Teams plan, please refer to Payments and Subscriptions FAQs for more information. The above policy does not apply to Team Memberships. Refunds for team memberships will be governed by the specific contractual arrangement.

Mobile Subscriptions

Skillshare is not able to cancel, refund, or manage subscriptions purchased via the iOS or Google Play app stores. Contact the respective app store directly with questions about billing, cancellations, or refunds for your iOS or Android subscription.

1-on-1 Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming session, you can do so up to 4 hours before the session is scheduled to begin. Locate the confirmation email you received from Superpeer when registering, and follow the links at the bottom to cancel or reschedule.

If you would like to dispute a 1-on-1 Session after it ends and request a refund, you must email hello@superpeer.com with your request no later than 48 hours after the session was scheduled to begin. Please explain in sufficient detail why you are requesting a refund.

Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or cancelled. We will only review refund requests in extraordinary circumstances, such as fraud or misrepresentation. To make a request, you may email hello@superpeer.com no later than 48 hours after purchase. You must explain in sufficient detail why you are requesting a refund.
