We’ll send you an email letting you know that your credit card failed so that you can update your payment settings.
To change your credit card on file, head to your Membership & Payments page in your Account Settings. You’ll see an option to edit your credit card under Payment Methods. Our system will automatically re-attempt to charge your credit card 7 days after the first payment attempt. If your payment information has yet to be updated, we’ll then temporarily cancel your membership until you’ve had a chance to update it.
