Why aren't my videos playing?

Video errors may be caused by a number of factors. This guide will include some steps to troubleshoot your browser.

Troubleshooting your browser

  1. Clear your cache and cookies
  2. Disable the following:
    1. Firewall
    2. Browser extensions/add-ons
    3. Antivirus programs
  3. Sign out of Skillshare, quit your browser, then sign back in
  4. Try signing in from a different browser (Chrome tends to work best for our website)

  3. A screenshot of the video error
