Why aren't my videos playing?

Video errors may be caused by a number of factors. We recommend trying the following steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  2. Make sure your Flash Player is enabled and up to date.
  3. Try switching to a different browser (it's possible that plugins installed on your current browser could be causing the issue).  
  4. Log out of Skillshare, quit your browser, and log back in.
  5. Disable any browser extensions, firewalls or antivirus programs.
