Make sure you meet our eligibility criteria for publishing digital products on Skillshare. You can also check Make a Digital Product That Sells for tips on making a high-quality product.
- Log in to Skillshare with your teaching credentials and navigate to Creator Hub.
- In the left-hand menu, click Digital Products.
- Select Add a New Product.
- Under Product Information, add all the required details for your product: Product name, Description, Cover image, and Price.
- Under Content, upload all the files associated with your product offering.
- Finally, select how your product will be categorized on Skillshare under Settings: Product type, Product subtype, Software, Materials, and Topics.
- Accept the terms by checking the box, and then click Publish. You can also select Save as draft to publish the product at a later date.
Your product is now live on Skillshare; it may take up to a couple of hours for it to show up in search.
Digital products are not automatically added to your teacher profile — click the ellipsis (...) beside your published product on your Digital Products dashboard and select Copy link. You can add additional topics to make your product more discoverable in Skillshare search. Keep in mind that all elements of a digital product, including your name, the session’s title and description are all indexed in search as well. Review our tips on how to make your offering more discoverable.
