Discount codes are a great way to incentivize sales on 1-on-1 Sessions or digital products you offer.

Create a Discount Code
- Log in to your Superpeer dashboard.
- In the left hand menu, under Account, select Discount codes.
- Select Create new code.
- Create your code using any number of letters and/or numbers. Your code will automatically be formatted to all caps.
- Give a percentage value for the discount. It’s not possible to list a set dollar amount at this time.
- Determine which overall service the discount code applies to. You can only choose one service: digital products or 1:1 services.
- Once you’ve made your selection, select which individual service the code applies to. You can choose one, some or all of your published services under digital products or 1:1 services.
- Optional: add any limitations to your code as you need to. You can:
- Check the box to limit the number of times this code can be applied.
- Add a date range under Active Dates to limit when the code can be applied.
- Click Create.
Your discount code will be listed at the top of the table on your Discount Codes page — you can copy it and share it in any promotions as you need to. You can also manage your codes from this page: just click the ellipsis (...) on the right hand side of selected code to edit, duplicate, or delete it.
How to Use Discount Codes
Launching a New Offering
Leverage a discount code when launching a new product or 1-on-1 Session. When promoting a new offering for the first time with your audience, sharing a discount code might incentivize new users to sign up. You might consider limiting the number of codes that can be redeemed or the date range — make sure your audience knows it’s a limited offer in your promotion!
Lead Generation
Consider using discount codes to offer free (or deeply discounted) digital products or 1-on-1 Sessions to give users a taste of what you offer without devaluing the offering itself. For example, you might offer a small bundle of selected digital brushes for free or a deeply discounted price. If they like the purchase, you can point users to a larger, more comprehensive set that you’re selling in the product listing.
You can list the discount at point of purchase (i.e., in the product description) or share it out on your usual channels.
