You can usually fix login issues by checking your browser or app settings, then resetting your password if needed.
Check your login details
- Make sure you’re using the correct email address
- Try logging in with the same method you used to sign up (email, Google, Apple, etc.)
Try these troubleshooting steps
On desktop
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Disable any browser extensions or add-ons.
- Turn off pop-up blockers temporarily.
- Quit your browser, then reopen it and try logging in again.
On the mobile app (iOS & Android)
- Close the app completely.
- Reopen the app and try logging in again.
- If the issue continues, try logging in through a mobile browser instead.
Check your security or ad blocker settings
Some security tools can block parts of Skillshare and prevent login.
- If you’re using antivirus software (especially on Windows), add skillshare.com to your safe or allowed list
- If you’re using an ad blocker, add the following domains to your allowlist:
- brightcove.com
- google.com
- siftscience.com
Then try logging in again.
Reset your password
If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it:
- Go to the login page.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Sign in.
- In the next screen, click Forgot password?
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
Where to try logging in again
Once you’ve completed the steps above, return to the login page and try signing in again.
- On desktop: skillshare.com/login
- On mobile: open the Skillshare app and log in
