You can manage any booking, regardless if it’s confirmed or not.
- Log in to Skillshare with your teaching credentials and navigate to Creator Hub.
- In the left-hand menu, select 1-on-1 Sessions.
- If it’s a new, unconfirmed booking, click Can’t make it to either ask the student to reschedule the call or decline it.
- If your session is set to Manually accept/decline every call request, the request you receive will be automatically canceled 4 hours before the time of the session. If you don’t accept it it will disappear and the student will not be charged.
- For confirmed bookings, you can see them listed under the Upcoming tab. Click the ellipsis (...) to ask the student to reschedule or decline the call.
When you ask to reschedule or decline a call, you’ll have the opportunity to include a personal message in your request.
