How do I join a 1-on-1 Session after I register?

Once you register for your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a video conferencing link to join when it’s time for your session. When it’s time to log on for your session, follow the link from your email.

If your session is being hosted through our in-browser video conferencing tool, the link will open in your web browser — you do not need to download an app. You can open the link through your computer, phone or tablet. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience. Be sure to click “Allow” when prompted to give access to your device’s microphone and camera.

If your teacher uses Zoom, you’ll be prompted to join the call with your Zoom account, if you have one, or through your web browser.
