If you’re already logged into your account, you can change your password from your account settings. If you forgot your password, you can reset your password through the steps below.
Resetting your password
- While logged out, go to skillshare.com/login.
- Enter the email address tied to your account.
- Click Sign In.
- Click Forgot password in the pop-up window.
- Check the email address in the field then click Continue.
- A 'Check Your Email' message will appear indicating that a password reset email has been sent*.
- Check the email address that you provided for an email from Skillshare, and follow the instructions that we provide.
*This message will be displayed regardless of whether or not an account with that email address exists in the system. If an email does not exist, an email will not be sent. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If support@skillshare.com is blocked, you will not receive your password reset email.
