Where can I purchase a gift card?

We no longer offer individual gift cards. If you're looking to purchase a minimum of 10 gift cards for your organization or business, please see more about our Corporate Gift Cards here.

 

How do I redeem a gift card?

If you’ve received a gift card, you can redeem it by going here and scrolling down to 'Redeem now' at the bottom of the page. Once you select 'Redeem now', you will be taken to the check out page where you can input your personalized code that you should have received by email. Both new and existing Skillshare members are eligible to redeem gift cards.

 

Can I redeem a gift card with an existing Skillshare Membership?

Absolutely. The gifted amount will be added as free months on top of your current subscription.

 

How do gift cards work with the mobile app?

Mobile app stores do not support Skillshare Gift Cards. If you are a new user, please go here from a web browser to redeem. You can still download the mobile app and access your Skillshare Membership after setup.

 

If you previously subscribed to a Skillshare Membership from the app store, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and redeem the Gift Card from a web browser. Your previous account preferences and classes will be saved.

 

When do gift cards expire?

Gift cards expire within 1 year of the purchase date. Each unique gift card can only be used once.

 

Why doesn't my gift card work?

If you’re having trouble redeeming your gift card:

 

  1. Double check that the link associated with your code is correct.
  2. Make sure the code hasn’t already been redeemed on a separate account.
  3. See here if you previously subscribed using our mobile app.
